Job DescriptionWe are the makers of possible. BD requires a dedicated associate to support manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards. You will work in a clean-room environment, operate manufacturing equipment, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities- Work as part of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, including product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements, and clean-room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing.
- Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Handle changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning.
- Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
- Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment during breaks.
- Perform rework and participate as needed on blitz teams.
- Cross‑train within the department to support business needs.
- Maintain all quality and GMP standards.
- Perform SAP data entries and use of 10x microscopes, calipers, and other gauges as required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- In lieu of a high school diploma or GED, two years of manufacturing experience is required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with MES preferred.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.
- Work effectively alone or in a team (Proficient).
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area (Proficient).
- Willingness and ability to train others (Proficient).
- Strong teamwork skills (Proficient).
- Organization skills, detail-oriented (Basic).
PCP Level
