We are the makers of possible. BD requires a dedicated associate to support manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards. You will work in a clean-room environment, operate manufacturing equipment, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work as part of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, including product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements, and clean-room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Handle changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning.
• Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
• Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment during breaks.
• Perform rework and participate as needed on blitz teams.
• Cross‑train within the department to support business needs.
• Maintain all quality and GMP standards.
• Perform SAP data entries and use of 10x microscopes, calipers, and other gauges as required.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• In lieu of a high school diploma or GED, two years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with MES preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.

• Work effectively alone or in a team (Proficient).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area (Proficient).
• Willingness and ability to train others (Proficient).
• Strong teamwork skills (Proficient).
• Organization skills, detail-oriented (Basic).

PCP Level
