Days: 6am to 6pm or Nights: 6pm to 6am with rotating weekends
Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a FT LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with our patients in a post‑acute setting, providing high‑quality care and support to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Nebraska
- Associate’s degree in Nursing or related field
- 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical software
