** Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.
** What you will be doing:
*** Develop a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), IATF
16949, and PPAP requirements.
* Assist in automating and optimizing the PPAP process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Prepare and structure PPAP data for seamless integration into new software systems.
* Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and quality teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and International Quality Standards.
* Other development may include conducting measuring system analysis, maintenance of pFMEAs, and supporting customer complaint investigations using the 8D problem-solving methodology.
** What you will bring along:
*** Enrolled in a two- or four-year college/university.
* Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or Computing Science emphasis.
* Predominant focus in troubleshooting, problem solving and continuous improvement.
* Extensive computer knowledge, including the use of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Power Point.
