Stable and Growing health system is looking to hire an Ophthalmologist in a multidisciplinary health system in the Columbus, NE area!

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $475,000

o Buy-in to the practice after one year

• Sign on bonus: $105,000

Relocation: $10k

Ophthalmologist Role with the Company:

Newly renovated as of 2021

3 pre-operative bays; 2 post-operative bays

Large central nurses station;
Large staff breakroom

1 minor procedure room, which also houses the Lens-x laser

1 OR includes two separate beds for Ophthalmology

Changing rooms separate for MDs and Nurses

Shell space for supplies/sterilization, and still potential to add another OR

Equipment

o AMO Wave Scan Wave Front System, Intralase iFS Advanced Femtosecond Laser, and Visx Star S4 IR Excimer Laser (LASIK)

o Alcon Len Sx Femtosecond Laser and ORA (Cataracts)

Ophthalmologist Patient volumes:

Clinic volume in Columbus 40-45 patients per clinic day.

Background Profile:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible / MD / DO Ophthalmologist
• No experience needed
