Responsibilities:- Perform line pilot duties in accordance with the company’s operations manual.
- Actively engage with the Safety Management System, supporting Destination Zero and other safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide safe, efficient, and courteous service.
- Participate in community outreach programs and uphold company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading patients and equipment, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
- First Class Medical Certification.
- CAMTS Requirements: 2,000 total hours, 1,500 hours helicopter, 1,000 hours PIC helicopters, 500 hours turbine helicopters, 100 hours unaided night operations (or 50 hours unaided + 100 hours NVG), and 75 hours instrument (actual & hood).
- Compliance with company weight restriction policy (≤235 lbs).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Successful completion of interview and acceptance by customer/management.
- Ability to pass pre‑placement physical exams, including a strength/flexibility assessment (lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
