Fine Jewelry Sales Associate – Part Time

We’re looking for a fine jewelry sales associate who is enthusiastic about the fashion and jewelry industry, has a competitive drive, and can excel in a commission environment. This is an hourly position focused on delivering arcs positive customer experiences and driving sales.

• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.
• Create memorable store ruedas experiences through building genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service, utilizing clienteling tools, and offering tailored product advice and recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
• Execute successful promotions, special events, trunk shows, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confidently speaking to available inventory, assortment, and product details.

• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and Только individual and team achievements.
• Support fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following security protocols and safety guidelines.
