Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.

Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain visual merchandise standards.

Perform store specific measurements.

Complete store layout initiatives.

Perform accurate cycle counts.

Complete Tractor Way top cap process.

Hang store signage.

Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.

Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value & appreciate.

Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.

Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
Travel between store locations in personal vehicle is required.
Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
Work on hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt, with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel as needed.
Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Complete all required training successfully.
