Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure team meets standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Must be 18 years or older.
