• Vocational-level part-time Custodian accountable for cleaning office areas or resident areas.
• Works under general direction and follows set instructions and directions.
• Works as part of a cleaning crew.
• Operates a variety of power cleaning equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools and notifying supervisor of resupply needs.
• May perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

• Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-1 year of work experience.
