Senior Scheduler – Data Center & Mission Critical Projects
Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in project controls and scheduling for complex, mission-critical developments, is currently seeking highly skilled Senior Scheduling Consultants to support multiple confidential data center programs across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced schedulers who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy working directly with clients and general contractors, and bring strong expertise in Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and delay forensics.
Location: Canton, MS
Relocation: Lump sum up to $10k (3–6 month claw back: guarantee from client to candidate to be signed)
Work Type: 1099 or W2
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and validate contractor schedules to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Perform schedule health assessments, forensic analysis, and delay evaluations
- Provide early warnings and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders
- Prepare and present schedule reports and executive‑level decks
- Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings with clients, GCs, and project teams
- Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and recovery schedules
- Implement scheduling best practices and drive program‑wide standardization
- Develop scheduling KPIs and dashboards
- Partner with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support ad‑hoc and recurring schedule and data analysis requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6
- 1–3 years of data center or mission‑critical project experience
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and installation practices
- Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience reviewing TIAs and recovery schedules
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
