Forms Shop Worker

Get to Know Us

This position reports to the Manager or Form Shop Lead and is responsible for assigned activities in and around the warehouse.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs any combination of the following duties in or around the warehouse, usually working in a utility capacity and by transferring from one task to another.

Activities include but are not limited to:

* Counting forms and accessories.

* Cleaning concrete forms.

* Operating fork trucks.

* Loading and unloading semis.

* Refacing concrete forms.

* Banding items to pallets.

* Maintaining a count on all items in totes and barrels.

* Cleaning areas in and around the warehouse.

* Lifting more than 50lbs frequently.

* Use of saws, grinders, welders, scalers, drills, ect. daily.

* Keeping up with with all paperwork for form orders.

* Keeping forms orderly and in designated locations.

* Maintaining a clean safe work environment.

* Work is usually performed with other workers.

* Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work without close supervision once directed on task.

Obeys and follows all safety rules int he warehouse and encourages others to do the same.

Maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task.

Tools and equipment:

* Pliers

* Leather work boots

* Tape Measure

* Sharpie/Marker

* Safety Glasses

* Gloves

Physical demands of this position include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally; 40-50 pounds frequently along with frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling. Must be able to work outdoors and travel as needed.
