We're looking for a non-certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily property team. If you have hands-on repair skills and enjoy creating safe, comfortable living spaces, this is a great opportunity to grow your experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC tasks
• Prepare units for move-in and maintain property standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
• Must have own tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
