Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Williamsburg Way Apartments in Columbus, IN!

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• $18- $20/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus,$100.00 a week
  when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
