As a Store Associate at Batteries Plus, you will be the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, performing basic tech services (such as battery installations and device repairs), and helping maintain an organized and well-stocked store.

• Greet customers and assist with selecting batteries, light bulbs, accessories, and other store products
• Perform battery testing, installations, and basic tech services (including smartphone/tablet repair, car key cutting, and programming – training provided)
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments
• Educate customers on product features, warranties, and maintenance
• Uphold safety and operational standards
• Support store sales goals through suggestive selling and exceptional service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Basic mechanical/technical aptitude; willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
