Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at check out for customers, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing customer merchandise from baskets for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves and gather/balance bascarts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash collection.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
• Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment, assist customers with product questions, and follow all laws and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
