R&D Scientist

Temp to Hire. We are looking for a R&D Scientist to join an established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Bartholomew County, Indiana area! In this role, you will help turn new product ideas into finished products and support testing and production trials.

Pay Rate Low: 25 | Pay Rate High: 30

• Prepare laboratory solutions
• Help develop and improve cleaning procedures
• Clean and maintain R&D and production equipment after use
• Perform routine testing on new products
• Assist with method validation studies
• Help send samples to outside laboratories for testing
• Assist with batching and filling line trials
• Record and organize R&D data, results, and observations
• Keep accurate records in a laboratory notebook
• Follow GMP regulations
• Perform other related duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field preferred
• Experience working in a chemical laboratory (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Must have STRONG formulation experience
• Experience with cGMP is a plus
