Production Line Operator - Columbus, Indiana

Tipton Mills Foods is hiring Production Line Operators to work in our powdered beverage manufacturing facility. You will stand at your assigned machine, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently, monitoring production quality, testing the machine, cleaning it, solving machine problems, and assisting with packaging duties.

• First Shift: Mon – Friday 7:00 a – 3:30 p
• Second Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p – 2:00 a (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Voluntary overtime available

• Entry‑level wage: $14.00 /hr (increases with experience)
• Second‑shift differential: +$1.00 /hr = $15.00 /hr
• Bonus programs: perfect weekly attendance (+$2.00 /hr), monthly incentives based on plant performance

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs; able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift
• Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Commitment to safety as the highest priority
• Strong commitment to learning manufacturing processes and operating machinery, with a desire to advance within the company
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace and providing suggestions for operational improvement
• Forklift experience is a plus
