Apple Tree Staffing is excited to partner with a client in Columbus seeking Production and Warehouse Associates
.

Production Responsibilities:

• Set up the production line and check the equipment before beginning production
• Delegate production line responsibilities at the beginning of each shift
• Train workers on their assigned stations within the line while enforcing company policies and guidelines
• Give Production Associates recognition and feedback throughout the shift
• Assist Production Associates when necessary
• Communicate with the maintenance team when machine issues arise
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers

Requirements:

• Previous Line Lead experience
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues
• Team-oriented
• Commitment to following company policies and guidelines
• Able to deal with complex situations in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent attendance record

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory controls and keep accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
• Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
