Trimmer

• Ensure the safety of the crew while staying on top of 5S
• Ability to operate Trim Press in the cycle time determined by management
• Handles platters with extreme care
• Has the ability to make tongs

• Installation and removal of trim tooling
• Adjust trim press shut height
• Help assist hammer operator on adjustments and knocking out or driving in hammer keys
• Visual monitor and adjust air line for removal of scale
• Visual monitor product for any defects
• Report any issues on cell or with trim tooling

Able to stand for 10 hours and manipulate the part through the process with tongs.
