Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign preventive maintenance tasks to team members;
Manage and ensure the implementation of general safety practices, including lock out/tag out procedures and 5S conditions;
Coordinate trouble calls for machine downtime to ensure all equipment is repaired with the utmost quality;
Prevent downtime by ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining a backlog of no more than 25 days;
Retest all equipment with associates and leadership to verify quality and performance
