• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.

• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle EBS development and support environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in PLSQL, Forms / Reports customizations, Performance Tuning, OAF technologies.
• Good understanding of Oracle R12.2.x features and application development standards.
• Complex data mapping and conversion/integration with different technologies such as SOA, ODI, etc.
• Experience in gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation and testing, user training.
• Experience working in large and complex programs.
• Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
• Strong analytical skills; team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experiences.
• Effective problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to provide consulting in client engagements to influence business and IT.
• Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas.
• Experience and understanding of production support and performance engineering.
• Knowledge and exposure to industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
