Technical Architect

The Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Python, .NET core and SQL. This role involves ensuring high availability of production systems, performing root‑cause analysis, and driving enhancements/projects while maintaining operational stability.

• Python, .NET, .NET Core, JavaScript libraries such as React and Angular.
• Ignition 8.0 MES tool with Perspective.
• Python programming for backend automation and integration.
• Advanced SQL development and database design.

• Perform break‑fix and issue resolution for failures in production environments to minimize outages.
• Debug and resolve job failures promptly.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for production job failures and document findings.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support operations.

• Design robust DB schemas and structures.
• Develop backend logic using Python and SQL.
• Perform testing and validation of solutions.

• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare documentation.
• Design, build, and test solutions aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deploy solutions across development, test, and production environments.

• Prioritize incident/problem tickets over enhancements/projects.
• Review capacity utilization weekly and adjust plans based on ticket volume and enhancement needs.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

• Requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT facilitation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and development.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation domain is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
