Job Description
As a Fuel Systems Software Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our software development team from traditional 'C' programming to model-based development. Your expertise will drive the adoption of Simulink and MATLAB tools, and you will be integral in our shift to AUTOSAR development.
Responsibilities- Lead the transition from 'C' programming to model-based development using Simulink.
- Utilize MATLAB and Simulink for embedded software development, ensuring seamless integration with AUTOSAR standards.
- Manage version control, requirements documentation, and software release documentation using PTC Integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to employ simulation techniques at various development stages.
- Ensure robust communication across the software development team to support project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink without requiring additional training.
- Experience in programming with 'C' or other procedural languages.
- A solid understanding of mechanical systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with fuel systems is highly advantageous.
This position requires onsite work, where you will collaborate closely with the team using advanced simulation tools and methodologies. The role involves working in an environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, IN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
