• +$25 hourly plus weekly, monthly and quarterly spiffs and bonuses.

• Deliver a 5-Star customer experience by maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for every home and property.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units with precision and quality craftsmanship.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork systems, accurately measuring, cutting, fitting, and sealing for optimal airflow.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, performing brazing and soldering as needed to ensure leak-free operation.
• Wire and connect electrical components to power sources in compliance with local codes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify all installations meet safety standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Lead and mentor apprentice and junior technicians by providing on-the-job training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation, including notes, photos, and customer communications.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, or add-on services to improve customer comfort and efficiency.
• Collaborate with dispatch, project coordinators, and management to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 5 years of residential Installation HVAC field experience working in single-family homes.
• Must be within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
• EPA Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report.
• Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
