This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Technician located in Columbus, GA. The Senior Technician will be responsible for leading and performing power washing operations for both residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day duties include setting up equipment, operating power washing machinery, ensuring safety protocols, inspecting and maintaining tools, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves assessing projects, adhering to job specifications, and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.

• Skilled in operating power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing equipment
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them on-site
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to assess and execute projects efficiently
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and ability to operate machinery as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is preferred
