Liberty Roofing Professionals is growing fast — and we are looking for a high-performance Inside Sales Manager who can move with urgency and convert leads into appointments like a machine.

What You’ll Do- Call new leads within 5 minutes of submission (speed wins)
- Answer inbound calls within 3* rings
* using our proven script - Set high-quality appointments for Roofing Advisors
- Confirm ALL decision-makers are present at appointments
- Lock in a 60–90 minute time commitment from homeowners
- Conduct exit polls after inspections
- Keep clean, accurate CRM records
- Run financing pre-approvals when needed
- Convert 10+ leads per day into confirmed appointments
This is not an order-taking position.
This is a conversion role.
Compensation:$550/week Base Salary
PLUS aggressive commission structure:
- Facebook Leads → $50 per appointment set
- Website Leads → $10 per appointment set
- 30–90 Day Aged Leads → $100 per appointment set
- 90+ Day Aged Leads → $150 per appointment set
The more you convert, the more you make. Period.
Bonus:Closing Opportunities
If a candidate sits for more than 15 days after the Roofing Advisor visit, you can re-engage and close the deal yourself. If you close it? You earn 50% of the full sales commission.
Requirements- HS Diploma
- Proven experience in inside sales with at least 1 years in inbound/outbound calls.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for sales and commitment to achieving results.
