Outdoor Lighting Perspectives & Jan-Pro is looking for a proactive, results-driven Office Administrator & Customer Service Manager to oversee inbound and outbound calls, manage customer service operations, and drive inside sales growth. Your Responsibilities

You’ll be the connective force between customers, the sales team, and operations for OLP and Jan‑Pro.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries by phone, email, and web forms
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, past clients, and referral partners
  • Qualify and schedule consultations for the field sales team
  • Field inbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads to grow the pipeline
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and follow‑ups
  • Convert qualified leads into appointments or direct sales when appropriate
  • Follow up on open estimates and re‑engage past prospects
Customer Service & Operations Support
  • Act as liaison between sales and operations with respect to service call diagrams, job notes, and CRM updates
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and satisfaction in every customer interaction
  • Manage scheduling and routing of appointments for sales and operations
