Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Function - Attend appointments and make offers to homeowners
  • Secondary Functions - Nurture active opportunities in your pipeline
  • Tertiary Functions - Prospect for new opportunities through networking and outreach
Performance Metrics

You’ll know you're winning in this role when you:

  • Signing at least 3 contracts per week with sellers
  • Consistently produce closable deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups

Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Previous call center or inside sales experience. (Such as Car Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Time Share sales, etc.)
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
