As the face of Uncommon to the seller, you’ll attend appointments, make offers, and generate closable deals. This role is critical to driving company revenue and achieving our mission.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Primary Function - Attend appointments and make offers to homeowners
- Secondary Functions - Nurture active opportunities in your pipeline
- Tertiary Functions - Prospect for new opportunities through networking and outreach
You’ll know you're winning in this role when you:
- Signing at least 3 contracts per week with sellers
- Consistently produce closable deals
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups

- High school diploma
- Previous call center or inside sales experience. (Such as Car Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Time Share sales, etc.)
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
