• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by managing product production and engaging with clients simultaneously.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, following all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must not be sensitive to scents or fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various physical activities including reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Ability to perform cleaning functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
