Shift Leaders are comfortable taking responsibility as well as delegating it; they thrive on challenges and continually look for opportunities to learn. They not only help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle but, also, provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store.

• Assist in the team management of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Assist Team Members at the point of sale (POS) in the execution of product and promotions
• Ensure Guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
• Blend smoothies according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
• Ensure Guest service in all areas and meet applicable standards for quality and cleanliness
• Know how to perform the duties of all other non-management positions
• Inform Store Manager of all problems or unusual matters of significance
• Support and adhere to company standards for operations, marketing/communications and brand identity
• Fulfill cash handling and inventory reporting responsibilities with honesty
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

• Six or more months of restaurant or retail experience
• Capability of supervising employees in a fast‑paced environment; ability to lead both by example and direction
• Ability to interact with the public and co‑workers constantly and positively during shifts

• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
• Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store
• Ability to constantly bend, reach and scoop
