Columbus Floor Associate

About the Role

Beauty Master is looking for a friendly and reliable Floor Associate to join our team! As a Floor Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—helping customers find the right beauty, hair, and skincare products while keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Greet customers and provide excellent service with product recommendations and assistance.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and make sure products are neat and easy to find.
• Restock inventory and report any low or out-of-stock items.
• Help with pricing, tagging, and setting up promotional displays.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
• Assist with deliveries and merchandise organization.
• Operate the register as needed for purchases and returns.
• Support your team and management with daily store operations.

• A positive, customer-first attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge or interest in beauty, hair, and skincare products (training provided).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
