Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to attain sales and profit projections, contribute to a customer‑satisfaction atmosphere, develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participate in recruiting and selection. You will also enforce company policies and perform other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

• Base pay plus commission on sales
