Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Columbus, GA for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing tenant relationships, overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Additionally, the Property Manager will address tenant inquiries and concerns, collect rent, and manage lease agreements.
Qualifications- Property Management and Tenant Relations skills to effectively handle tenant communication, lease agreements, and property inspections
- Financial Management expertise, including budget preparation, rent collection, and expense tracking
- Knowledge of Local Regulations and Compliance in property management
- Organizational and Leadership skills to supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
