The OpportunityWe are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Buyer’s Agent to guide customers through the purchase of a new Hughston home. This role is ideal for motivated, high‑energy professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Guide buyers through the full home‑buying journey from first contact to closing
- Generate and manage leads while building strong client relationships
- Showcase homes and communities, clearly explaining features, pricing, and value
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and inventory
- Coordinate inspections, financing, and transaction‑related activities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through responsiveness and professionalism
- Manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records and required documentation
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and growth‑oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with Georgia and Alabama real estate markets is a plus
- Experience with CRM and real estate technology preferred
