Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for providing customer service in our store pharmacies. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

• Provide customer service in store pharmacies while assisting with prescriptions and health needs.
• Assist customers with glasses and vision-related questions as applicable.
• Support pharmacy operations and customer care as part of a Walmart pharmacy team.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and quality of service.
• Participate in benefit and program information delivery to associates as applicable.

• Pharmacy/Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Tech — Assist and check out customers with prescriptions and over the counter medication questions
• Vision Center — Assist and check out customers with glasses and contacts

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.*
