The Environmental Services Shift Supervisor directly oversees the activities of assigned Environmental Services staff to ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with requisite standards of quality and safety. The Supervisor also assumes responsibility for care of equipment, control of supplies, and counseling of employees. Responsible for making decisions regarding staffing of EVS personnel for appropriate shift to ensure adequate coverage.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred
• Associates degree highly Preferred
• Bachelors Degree highly Preferred

• 1-year previous Environmental Services and/or healthcare experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience Preferred.
• Equivalent education may be substituted for experience Preferred.

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program Policy 3500 Upon Hire Required
• Registered/Certified Executive Housekeeper (REH/CEH) Preferred
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) Preferred
