• Perform nursing patient care duties according to established policies and procedures.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate holistic nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess their condition, and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform essential clinical procedures.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.
• Participate in educational activities and stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices.

• Associate's degree in Nursing (preferred Bachelor’s)
• Valid RN license in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact RN license
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RN in a direct patient care setting (unless entering the nurse residency program)
• Basic Life Support
• ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
• Competitive salary range of $72,800 to $94,000 per year (based on experience)
