Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various wounds in a flexible, part-time role.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform wound care procedures such as dressing changes and debridement.
• Document interactions accurately using electronic medical records and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for discharge planning and patient outcomes.

• Requires current Nurse Practitioner license, experience with skin grafts, and proficiency in wound care techniques.
• At least one year of wound care experience.
• Able to commute or relocate to Columbus, GA.
• Committed to efficient patient healing.
