Lead Licensed Practical Nurse – New Horizons Behavioral Health

Medical Services Unit (MSU)

Job Type: Full‑Time (40 hours per week)

Days:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

Population served:
Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Addictive Diseases.

Salary: $60,935 per year

• Supervise direct care staff.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the clinic.
• Assist the Service Coordinator as needed.
• Manage leave and scheduling of staff.
• Assist in crisis situations as needed.
• Perform nursing assessments and injections.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must have already completed college courses and possess a current Georgia license to practice as a licensed practical nurse. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience. Must have at least 6 months of supervisory experience. Must be proficient with computers. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
