Founded in 2006, JAGER PRO® was the first company to develop military-grade technology and methods to harvest 300,000+ feral swine annually in the United States. We hold five patents related to remote control trapping and innovated thermal shooting methods for our industry, producing whole-sounder, feral pig removal from agricultural crops and lands. We also developed the national training and certification required for others to properly implement our intellectual property and Best Management Practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Social Media Professional to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing and social media efforts. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving qualified leads through strategic content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical
, understands how to tell compelling brand stories, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable managing multiple platforms, collaborating across teams, and owning projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across social, email, web, and paid channels
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging alignment
Social Media Management
  • Own and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, X)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels)
  • Write compelling captions and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor comments and messages; engage with followers in a professional, timely manner
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
  • Develop original content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and basic ad creatives
  • Work with internal teams or external vendors for advanced creative (video, photography, design)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach and efficiency
Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and social media performance (KPIs, engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Use insights to refine strategy, improve content performance, and optimize campaigns
  • Manage A/B testing for messaging, creatives, and formats
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
Paid & Growth Marketing (if applicable)
  • Assist with or manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Support audience targeting, budget management, and creative testing
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or business
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, You Tube Studio)
  • Experience analyzing metrics using platform insights and/or Google Analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in agriculture preferred
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, Cap Cut, etc.)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Hub Spot)
  • Understanding of SEO/GEO/AEO and content marketing fundamentals
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on analytics
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
