We are looking for an expert in consumer products filling machinery experience to install, run, and maintain our high-speed specialized filling equipment, including Betel‑Evo Unscramble rs and Ronchi Monoblock Filler and Capper, as well as rotary labelers with vision systems.

Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, and lubrication on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Main work stations are NEM Unscramble rs, Ronchi Monoblock Filler/Callers, PE Labelers, Poly Pac Case Packers.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems, and making timely repairs to restore functionality. This often involves analytical problem‑solving to determine the root cause of issues.
- Installation and Calibration: Assisting with the installation of new equipment and performing regular calibration of filling mechanisms, sensors, and control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Documentation and Inventory Management: Keeping detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensuring all safety features (e.g., E‑stop buttons, interlocks) are functional.
- Training: Training production workers on routine maintenance tasks and proper equipment operation to minimize operator error.
- Cleaning: Regular cleaning of product contact surfaces, nozzles, valves, and pipelines using appropriate, often food‑grade or industry‑approved, cleaning agents to prevent residue buildup and contamination.
- Inspections: Visual inspections of components such as hoses, seals, O‑rings, gaskets, belts, and chains for signs of wear, cracks, or misalignment.
- Lubrication: Applying manufacturer‑recommended lubricants to moving parts like bearings, gears, and chains to reduce friction and prolong equipment life.
- System Checks: Monitoring and testing electrical connections, sensors, PLCs, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems to ensure they are operating within specified parameters.
- Part Replacement: Replacing high‑wear components like seals, gaskets, filters, and certain belts proactively before they fail. /ul>Requirements
- Experience: minimum 5 years in specific machinery/consumer products filling machinery
- Machinery Expertise:
- Betel‑Evo Unscrambler
- Ronchi Monoblock Filler and Capper
- PE Rotary Labelers with Vision Systems
- Bachelor’s in engineering or industrial sciences preferred
