Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant team in Columbus, GA. The G‑M will deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop high‑performing staff, manage business operations, and represent the Krystal brand in the local community.

• Creates a vibrant, energetic atmosphere and sets the restaurant up for success.
• Empowers the team through a “Yes I Can” mindset and coaches shift leaders, assistant managers, and front‑line staff.
• Recruits, develops, and retains top‑grade talent; recognizes staff through U‑Rock and Fresh, Friendly and Fast tools.
• Serves as a role model to deliver WOW guest experiences and solves operational and guest‑feedback issues.
• Champions the Krystal brand by representing the company to the community, sponsoring local marketing, and executing local promotions.
• Maintains business financial performance: develops sales forecasts, creates schedules, monitors cash and inventory, analyzes labor and sales results, and implements action plans.
• Ensures the restaurant is safe, sanitary, and compliant with health, safety, cleanliness, security, and fire regulations; identifies problems and coordinates maintenance support.

• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and senior leaders.
• Competence in resolving issues in compliance with Krystal standards.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three (3) years of management experience.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry boxes or items weighing no more than 50 pounds.
• Will handle product preparation, stocking, and inventory regularly; must perform proper lifting procedures and kneel as needed.
