As a Business Insurance Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their business insurance needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying potential risks and developing tailored insurance solutions.
• Leading the marketing process, including the preparation of comprehensive insurance proposals that meet client needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their business insurance needs and risk management strategies.
• Monitoring industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure clients’ insurance programs remain compliant and effective.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Delivering exceptional client service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage or agency, with a focus on marketing, consulting, and risk management.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of business insurance clients and delivering high-quality service.
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective insurance solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CPCU, ARM) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
