Salary $95,000 - $115,000 per year

As a Senior Client Manager Business Insurance, you’ll play a pivotal role at a rapidly growing, well-funded insurance company that’s redefining how commercial clients are served. You’ll own and elevate relationships with a sophisticated portfolio of business insurance clients, delivering white-glove service while shaping strategic, forward-thinking coverage solutions. Working alongside top-tier Account Executives, Producers, and carrier partners, you’ll manage complex accounts, strengthen long-term client loyalty, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance protection and manage risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 7+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment, with a strong focus on servicing middle-market commercial clients
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Deep understanding of how insurance products are structured, utilized, and administered, along with extensive knowledge of carrier markets and marketing strategies
• Proficiency with agency management systems, including Sagitta and Image Right
