Responsibilities- Identify measurable product enhancements and set priorities for assigned product areas.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and success metrics; effectiveness measured through clearly defined results – not quantity of stories delivered.
- Engage team members to validate expected business impact, ensure effective product delivery, and measured outcomes.
- 4+ years of product management experience partnering with distributed product development teams to deliver Healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Demonstrated use of data to deliver outcomes.
- Industry experience in healthcare RCM services (or comparable industries involving complex ecosystems and products supporting multiple stakeholders) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications that are clear, concise, elegant, and persuasive.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $130,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained, market, location and organizational factors.
A competitive benefits package is offered in addition to base salary.
