CompensationSalary: $75,000-$95,000 (based on experience)
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Production Bonus: $150 weekly when averaging 11 points per day (55 visits per week) or more.

- Review patient medical history
- Diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Outline clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
- Record progress and modify plan as needed
- Educate patients and families about recovery process
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Georgia
- CPR and first aid certification required
