- We provide ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom.
- We observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.
What we are looking for:
- Seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in Columbus, GA homes and community settings.
- Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.
- Provide training to RBTs and clients family.
What You’ll Need:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility:
Willingness to commute between our partner childcare locations in the Savannah area with additional compensation provided
What We offer:
- Compensation: $85,000 starting with tiered compensation structure based off certification year
- Up to $15,000 performance-based bonuses yearly
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus:
We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out at 3 and 6 months of employment to show our appreciation. - Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences
