Base Pay Rate: $12.00-$14.00
Schedule: Flexible hours
- 12-10-8-6-5-4 hours shift
- Day shift
- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekend availability
- Self-determined schedule
- Differentials available
Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to Accord Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
Assist with general light housekeeping.

- CNA Certification (if applicable) (Required)
