Early Childhood BCBA Opportunity!

Summit Behavior Company, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Early Childhood BCBA to join our dynamic team! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family‑centered approaches.

• Location:
  
  GA – Columbus, AL – Phenix City, KY – Fort Mitchell, and surrounding areas
• Schedule:
  
  8am‑5:30pm with flex scheduling (Less than 30 hrs/week)
• Settings:
  In‑Home and Daycare
• Pay: $65‑$80/hr

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and data collection.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• School and in‑home experience required.
• Valid state licensure (Georgia).
• Experience in early childhood development and education. Ages 2‑6.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings.
• Ability to provide in‑home and community‑based services.

• BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required).
