Early Childhood BCBA Opportunity!
Summit Behavior Company, powered by Finni Health, is seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Early Childhood BCBA to join our dynamic team! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family‑centered approaches.
Key Details- Location:
GA – Columbus, AL – Phenix City, KY – Fort Mitchell, and surrounding areas - Schedule:
8am‑5:30pm with flex scheduling (Less than 30 hrs/week) - Settings:
In‑Home and Daycare - Pay: $65‑$80/hr

Provide vital ABA services to young children. - Collaborative Environment:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- School and in‑home experience required.
- Valid state licensure (Georgia).
- Experience in early childhood development and education. Ages 2‑6.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings.
- Ability to provide in‑home and community‑based services.
- BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required).
