Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience).

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Lead our center‑based ABA services as Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, overseeing service delivery and center operations to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Lead and manage the center, overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
• Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs.
• Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
• Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an in‑center BCBA.

• At least three years of in‑center BCBA experience.
