Role OverviewLead our center‑based ABA services as Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, overseeing service delivery and center operations to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the center, overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
- Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs.
- Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
- Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.
- A visionary leader passionate about improving lives.
- Excited to refine clinical and managerial skills with mentorship from leading experts in ABA.
- Exceptional clinician, manager, and collaborator with client caretakers.

- Minimum of three years’ experience as an in‑center BCBA.
